Delivery Information
This item will be delivered via Allied Express. This is a
"to the door delivery" . If you live in a home with a garage, the item can be delivered to your garage or to the front entrance. Please Note: If you live in an apartment above the ground floor the driver may not be able to take the parcel beyond the ground floor or you may need to assist the driver to do so.
We require a signature on delivery therefore please ensure someone is at home to sign for it otherwise you can have the goods delivered to your work. If you miss the delivery the carrier will leave a calling card instructing you on how to re-arrange delivery.
Once your item is shipped from our warehouse you will receive an email with a tracking number. In this email there will also be information and instructions on how to track your order and also contact details for the carrier.
