Yes the delivery arrived Friday afternoon. The guys were friendly and professional. They brought the furniture up to my apartment, unwrapped it, set it in place where I wanted it and took away all of the paper and straps. It was a wonderful experience. Drastically better then I have had several deliveries from an over priced department store in Sydney. I absolutely love the furniture pieces that I picked out. I was very nervous about this, having ordered them over the internet, but they were exactly as advertised. Great quality pieces and delivered in top notch shape. I have and will continue to recommend your site and will definitely use it again myself.

I cant thank you enough. You have once again restored my faith in ordering things over the internet once again. Before speaking to you I was almost at the point of cancelling this order and just going to a store in Sale to purchase something similar. This would have happened if they did not arrive yesturday. You were the only one who went that extra mile to ensure the beds arrived on time. Can I also send my thanks to the delivery driver he was just fantastic and very polite over the phone. He also was a plessure to talk to.

Buyster is THE BEST service experience I have had from any other retailer. I had to send something back due to my own poor choosing and they were amazing! No questions, no hard work, just polite, efficient communication on how to package it back up and then they sent someone to pick it up from me and deposited my money back into my bank account within 48 hours! They will definitely be the first place I will look online now for anything. LOVE EM!!!

Hi I recently purchased several different items from yourselves and there were some issues with the product being the wrong colour and some being damaged These things can happen....however it was the service by your staff member Phillip in the Sydney office which sets you out as a great customer service company. I spoke to Phillip a couple of times regarding the issues and he is absolutely superb and so customer focus, he is a true asset to your company. I shop online frequently and think it is great Buyster offers a telephone number for customers to call rather than always doing questions through email.
