Please Note: If you live in an apartment above the ground floor the driver may not be able to take the parcel beyond the ground floor or you may need to assist the driver to do so.
We require a signature on delivery therefore please ensure someone is at home to sign for it otherwise you can have the goods delivered to your work. If you miss the delivery the carrier will leave a calling card instructing you on how to re-arrange delivery.
