On 1 December 1946, the founder of the company in Solingen, Erwin Hill, started manufacturing rotary whisks of very sturdy quality. In doing so, he laid the foundations for the company as a whole and, in particular, a range of high-grade kitchen utensils which are still made at the location in Solingen today. These indispensable aids are used for cutting, peeling, garnishing and decorating all manner of dishes and are the preferred choice of not only professional chefs but also in modern households.
